Yes — unless the order is supply-only. A full site survey is essential to ensure a precise fit. The survey fee is 10% of your total order and is non-refundable.

The site should be in its final state — flooring complete, walls built, and no structural changes pending. We’ll also ask for a few photographs in advance.

Yes. It’s important you’re present to confirm details like colours, glass, handle placement, and overall layout. Everything is signed off on the day.

You can for supply-only orders, but please note you’ll be responsible for any inaccuracies. We can’t offer replacements free of charge.

Once the survey is complete and you’ve approved the CAD drawing, a 40% deposit is required to begin production.

We start production within one working week of receiving your signed drawing and deposit.

Around 10 weeks. Sometimes sooner, sometimes a little longer, depending on demand. We’ll keep you updated.

The remaining 60% is due at least 24 hours before installation. Late payments incur a £100 fee, and we won’t deliver or install until payment is complete.
