The Role
We are seeking a professional Surveyor with a strong background in measuring windows and doors to conduct on-site surveys across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate specifications for our manufacturing and installation teams. The role requires travel across the UK, with two office-based days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys, taking precise measurements for door installations
- Assess site conditions and identify any potential challenges
- Communicate survey findings effectively with the sales, production, and installation teams
- Ensure all measurements comply with industry standards and client requirements
- Prepare and submit detailed survey reports
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism when visiting client sites
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience measuring windows, doors, and conducting site surveys
- Strong knowledge of installation requirements and potential site challenges
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
- Must have own vehicle (vehicle will be provided)
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
