All our leads are inbound, generated through our website and marketing, and our sales team focuses on converting warm, qualified enquiries into high-value orders.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales team’s performance and development. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a high-performing inbound sales team
- Coaching and developing salespeople to meet and exceed their targets
- Personally handling inbound enquiries, converting leads, and contributing to team sales performance
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance, pipeline, and key metrics
- Recruiting, onboarding and training future sales hires as we grow
- Collaborating with directors to refine sales processes and customer experience
- Bringing new ideas and initiatives to improve conversion rates and order values
- Aligning team goals with broader business objectives and brand standards
- Optionally contributing to outbound strategy development (a bonus, not essential)
This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic influence, ideal for someone who’s hungry to make an impact in a high-growth business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in the doors and windows industry is essential. This role requires a deep understanding of the product, customer needs, and buying cycles.
- Track record of managing and growing a successful sales team, ideally within high-value home improvement or construction products
- Strong background in inbound sales, managing high volumes of warm leads
- Commercially minded, confident with numbers, forecasting, and team KPIs
- Collaborative, able to work closely with founders and take ownership
- Naturally proactive and full of ideas, not waiting for permission to lead
- Sales process and CRM savvy, comfortable with the systems that support performance
- Experience using HubSpot CRM is preferred
